The 🌟Marketing Department🌟is tasked with a number of critical responsibilities focused on promoting the company's products, services, and brands. These duties encompass utilising diverse marketing channels such as email marketing, paid advertising, organic social media, and forming strategic partnerships with third parties. In terms of organisational structure, the Marketing Department is directed by Rowen Graham-Collins (CMO), and falls under Central Services. 💜Brand & Content💜

Responsible for turning the brand vision, mission and values into compelling customer focused copy that fuels our multi-channel campaigns. 

 

⭐Campaign Automation⭐

Led by the Head of Campaign Automation, the team are responsible for creating, building and maintaining the multi-channel customer journey and automations for brands. Technical set up of canvasses, emails and management of Q&A processes, testing and optimisation to ensure optimal delivery and engagement. They are responsible for reporting on email and campaign performance, whilst working with other areas of the Marketing dept to use insights and drive business outcomes. 

 

💚Growth Marketing💚

Responsible for driving company growth by increasing our customer base and the revenue associated with them. Led by the Head of Growth Marketing, the team do this by delivering the tactics, campaigns and messaging which will acquire, retain and engage customers.
