Information for employees on how to inform HR/payroll of a home address change & completing a new Remote Working Risk Assessment
If your home address changes at any time during your employment with Oxford Global, you should inform HR as soon as possible. For internal record keeping, duty of care, and payroll processing reasons, it's important that we have a correct home address for you at all times.
Updating BreatheHR
To inform HR/payroll of your new home address, please follow the below steps:
1) Log in to BreatheHR and visit your Profile page. On your profile page, click the 'Personal', followed by the the pencil icon to edit:

2) On clicking the pencil icon, the personal information fields will become live & editable. Scroll down to the address section & input your new home address details.
3) Once you've entered your new home address details, scroll down further & click 'update profile' to save your change.

4) Once you have followed the above steps, HR will receive a notification to let them know your updated your home address. HR will ensure that your new home address is processed with the payroll for that month.
Remote Working Risk Assessment
When working from home, staff must take reasonable care of their own health and safety. To ensure that your workstation is appropriate and that you are working in a safe manner, you will be required to complete our Remote Working Risk Assessment on joining the company – as part of this assessment, you should let us know if you have any concerns about your home workstation or if you require any additional equipment from a health & safety perspective.
If your home address, and therefore home working location changes, you should complete a new Remote Working Risk Assessment.
