Overview of the Production departments responsibilities

The conference ⭐Production Department⭐ primarily focuses on creating the programme agenda for Oxford Global’s conferences and digital online activities. This involves researching and identifying relevant topics, collaborating with key opinion leaders to shape agendas, curating high-quality content for workshops, panel discussions, and roundtables, and acquiring speakers, all while ensuring that the conference programme aligns with current market trends and Oxford Global’s objectives and audience needs.

We are responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth desktop and phone-based research on key topics within specific industry sectors
  • Identifying key market priorities, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identifying and researching key rival conferences to stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape, ensuring that Oxford Global remains at the forefront of innovation

🌟Content, Programme Agenda Development & Speaker Acquisition🌟

  • Collaborating with key opinion leaders to shape conference agenda programmes and curate high-quality content for sessions
  • Identifying key topic areas to shape the content of panel discussions, roundtables, and workshops via advisory and speaker research meetings and calls
  • Resourcing and inviting key opinion leaders to build the speaker faculty of our events
  • Content development for speaker interviews to highlight key topic areas and market priorities to aid content marketing campaigns

✍️Copywriting✍️

  • Writing promotional copy in the form of conference programmes and brochures
  • Creating website content copy, content marketing email templates, and internal product briefs

💻Online Audience Engagement💻

  • Researching themes and inviting and confirming speakers for OG’s Monthly Science Exchanges and online symposiums

🗣️Lead Generation🗣️

  • Identifying, inviting, and confirming key opinion leaders for the conferences produced as well as online content activities

💛Project Management💛

  • Collaborating with the sponsorship, marketing, and delegate acquisition departments throughout the event campaigns and briefing them on the events produced
  • Collaborating with the Delivery & Operations department to ensure the final programme is executed smoothly
