Size requirements for a poster and where to submit the abstract
We usually request for poster abstracts to be sent to us around 2 weeks before the event. The attendee can submit their abstract through the link below and they just need to select the event the poster is for, fill in the form and attach a PDF version of the poster.

We also have some restriction on the posters we are able to accept and general guidelines-
- The physical poster needs to be presented as A0 (841mm x 1189mm) portrait size (we are unable to accommodate landscape posters)
- The attendee will be shown where to display your poster on the day of the event and will be provided pins for this
- Please ensure the poster is taken down from the display board by end of the final networking break, as this is when the exhibition will close
- Please note that we do not provide poster printing services – they will need to arrange this
