There are allocated parking spaces for each company in Minns Business Park, and staff should be cautious as to where they park and ensure they use the spaces reserved for Oxford Global.
All teams have two core days in the office during the working week, plus a third day in the office on Wednesdays.
Out of these three days, all staff have two fixed days per week when they can park their vehicle at the office (in an Oxford Global parking space). Outside of this, when attending the office on any of the remaining 3 days, staff should use one of the Park & Ride carparks around the city. Staff can claim the cost back of this parking by submitting an expenses claim to the finance team.

Please see below car parking schedule – which clearly highlights which two days you can park in the OG car park, & when you should park at the Seacourt Park & Ride.
New joiners, and the direct line manager overseeing the new joiner induction, are able to use the office car park for the full 2-week onboarding period. From week 3 onwards, normal parking rules apply. Any other reasons (e.g., attending training, parking for events, attending in-person meetings) on non-core days do not permit office parking. Please speak with HR should you have a specific request.
If you are unsure as to your core office days, please speak to your manager.
Staff members are expected to follow our car parking rules - repeated failure to do so will be addressed with staff members by their manager and HR.

🅿️Seacourt Park & Ride🅿️
Seacourt Park & Ride is a short walk from the office. It costs £2.00 to park there for up to 16 hours and you can expense this back - please refer to the company Expenses policy.
