Overview of the Digital Publishing departments responsibilities

The ⭐Digital Publishing Department⭐ is responsible for creating and managing digital content across our brands. This department plays a crucial role in delivering digital publications, such as eBooks, spotlight articles, reports, KOL interviews, and industry webinars, to our general readership and membership community. By integrating various engagement initiatives, the department fosters meaningful interactions, builds relationships, and cultivates a vibrant community around our brands, ultimately enhancing brand loyalty and positioning us as a trusted source of valuable insights within the industry we serve.

In terms of organisational structure, Digital Publishing falls under Central Services. You can view our company structure charts (by Brands/Marketing/Central Services) by visiting the General folder on Hub site (General - documents - OG Org & Brand Charts). 

 

We are responsible for:

📄Content Creation & Community Engagement📄

  • Developing high-quality digital content such as industry spotlight articles, interviews with KOLs that are engaging, informative, and relevant to the target audience
  • Creation of eBooks and other landscape reports to foster engagement with our community to promote commercial awareness

📈SEO Optimization & Content Mapping📈

  • Collaborating with the Analytics Department to optimise SEO strategies to improve the discoverability and visibility of our digital content in online search results
  • Aligning specific pieces of content with the various stages of the buyer's journey and customer lifecycle serves to map out their content journey (from awareness to consideration & decision-making)
  • Collaborating with the Analytics Department to monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to assess the performance and effectiveness of digital publishing efforts

💻Content Distribution💻

  • Utilizing social media – LinkedIn primarily – to drive traffic to our websites via the created content
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Department to create engaging newsletters for our general readership & membership community
