Oxford Global recognises the need for company socials to help with getting to know each other, enhancing communication and bettering interdepartmental communication. Therefore every month we hold a social for staff to attend and take part in. These can range from a sweepstake to our annual Winter social. Every department will have the opportunity to help organise 1 social in the year for other themselves and other departments. 

We have 10 monthly socials organised by the departments / Business Operations with 2 bigger ones happening in the Summer 😎 (usually August) and Winter ❄️ (usually December).

If you have any ideas for socials, please share them! You can speak with your line manager or the Business Operations Department.
