ClickUp is the tool being used to replace Asana. It is the new task management and collaboration tool for staffs workload and projects.

It is broken down into a few minute videos dedicated to different aspects of using the site so you don't need to watch all 50 minutes to get the information you need.

Please note teams should still remain as the predominant space for the chats.
Limits on Free plan
We hold a free plan on ClickUp which does come with some limitations that users should be aware of.
Custom Fields - custom fields are limited to 60 across the entire workspace and so we do not have use of custom fields on ClickUp. Please make use of the description for additional details on a task.
Spaces - We can have a total of 5 spaces. These should be used at a department level e.g Production or Marketing. Folders can then be used to group lists to help organise sets of roles or projects within the departments.
Sections - sections are not easy to create on ClickUp. You will need to use tags if you wish to section your work instead of it being in a single long list.
