Overview of the Business Operations Team

The ⭐Business Operations⭐ team facilitate the technical aspects of the business. They provide the laptop and access to platforms needed for a new starter as well as provide any assistance for tech based problems. The team have ownership for our registration systems and putting products up on our virtual shop. They are also responsible for some event analytics and the creation and maintenance of the PLUS Pass platform.

In terms of organisational structure, Business Operations falls under Central Services. You can view our company structure charts (by Brands/Marketing/Central Services) by visiting the General folder on Hub site (General - documents - OG Org & Brand Charts).

  • Platform creation and maintenance including registration (TXF) and event app (Grip)
  • Admin and maintenance of Asana and Microsoft including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Staff access including HubSpot, Asana, Grip, Microsoft
  • Membership bookings and enquiries
  • Editing and uploading presentations to PLUS Pass portal
  • Socials
  • Oversight of office management - with Kim from Accounts
  • Onsite AV technician
  • Onsite event tech setup - tablets, printers, RFID beacons
  • Office tech management - main contact for Bluezeon and tech issues
  • New starter/ Leaver onboarding and offboarding
  • Event data analytics and reporting including post event Director reports and weekly registration numbers
  • Project Management for PLUS Pass
  • Cost saving on business expenditure
  • Woocommerce - product and event creation for our online shop
